Typically, it takes 3 to 7 business days for production and delivery time for your vinyl wallpaper, traditional wallpaper, self-adhesive wallpaper, or mural. Once your order is complete, we’ll ship it out promptly, so you can start transforming your space right away

Yes, we offer the option to send custom wallpaper as a gift. Simply ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you want to provide your own design for your custom wallpaper, please make sure to use the correct file format.

We accept PDF and EPS for vector files, which are ideal for patterns. We also accept TIFF and JPG for pictures with a minimum of 100 dpi at the actual size of the wallpaper you want. For higher quality, we recommend using 300 dpi.

• PDF files without trim, crop, or registration marks
• All files should be in CMYK color mode, not RGB
• Fonts should be converted to outlines (paths/curves)
• All images and elements should be embedded
• Your file should be 10 cm wider and 10 cm taller than the total size of your wallpaper.

When you upload a file in TIFF or JPG format, there may be slight variations in the colours due to differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (printer) colour configurations. However, we always strive to match your design as closely as possible.

Please keep in mind that the digital format you see on your computer may appear slightly different from the physical format of the wallpaper.

If you need to re-order a panel of your custom wallpaper, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Simply send us an email with your previous order details, and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Please note that there may be slight colour differences between the new panel and the original one due to printer calibration, but these differences are usually negligible.
